Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

- Standard shipping (5–7 business days) on orders under $100
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at fg@sunriseform.com or call 321-427-5436. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
